Return Conditions

- In its original packaging
- Free from damage caused by the customer

Return Shipping Costs
We offer free returns. There is no restocking fee and no replacement fee. We provide a prepaid return label when your return is approved. The cost of return shipping is covered by us.
How to Return an Item

- We will review your request and send you a prepaid return label and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the prepaid label.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.

Refund Timing
After we receive your return, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Customer Remorse vs. Defective Items
- If you changed your mind (customer remorse) and the item is unused and in its original packaging, we will accept the return and provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee or replacement fee applies.
- If the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. We will refund the full purchase price.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps ensure the new item reaches you as quickly as possible.
