At Lovingpetsproductsoffer, we aim to make delivery clear and predictable. We currently offer free shipping with no minimum purchase to customers within the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. We also do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is the period needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Shipping time is the carrier’s estimated transit time after pickup. Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Carrier Selection
We select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery state and the size of your package. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen to provide reliable service for your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your package. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days after your order ships, please contact us.
Delivery Conditions
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen events may sometimes delay delivery. If a delay occurs, we will work with the carrier to help resolve it.
No Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax. Our website does not calculate sales tax at checkout, and we do not collect any tax from you.
